Suggested use - How do I take 1 Andro?

Take 1 tablet of 1-Andro in the morning on an empty stomach. Ideally, you do not want to eat for 30-60 minutes, but 30 minutes is sufficient. 10-12 hours later, take 1 tablet of 1-Andro on an empty stomach. You are going to repeat this for 4 to 8 weeks, depending on how long you choose to run your cycle. If you are using multiple Andros, simply follow the twice per day dosing schedule, and take your Andros together.

How do I take multiple Andros at the same time?

You take multiple Andros the same way you take individual Andros. Take 1 tablet of each Andro upon waking up, without food. Ideally, you do not want to consume food for the following 30-60 minutes. 10-12 hours later, take 1 tablet of each Andro without food, ideally waiting 30-60 minutes before consuming food. Repeat this for the length of the cycle.

Does 1 Andro require liver support or on cycle therapy?

Neither liver support nor on-cycle therapy is required, however, you will need to utilize Alpha-AF for PCT purposes, once you have finished your Andro cycle.

We operate under a time-on/time-off policy. If you run Andros for 4 weeks, take 4 weeks off (Alpha-AF PCT can be used for the 4 weeks off). If you run Andros for 8 weeks, take 8 weeks off (4 week cycle of Alpha-AF + additional 4 week break off all T modulators).

Can 1 Andro be taken with other Naxast products like Shredded?

1-Andro can be taken with ALL Steel products. We suggest waiting to take Alpha-AF until after you have completed your Andro cycle for PCT purposes.

Can I drink alcohol on 1 Andro?

We do not advise drinking alcohol on Andros, mainly because when we consume alcohol we suppress testosterone and the conversion of the Andros into testosterone.

What do I do if I forget to take a dose?

Do not double up, just take 1 Andro when you can, and get back to your initial regimen.

How long can I cycle 1 Andro for?

You can choose between a 4 week cycle, or an 8 week cycle. Regardless of which cycle you decide, ensure that you run Alpha-AF for PCT purposes afterwards. 8 week cycles generally only require 1 bottle of Alpha-AF for PCT
